It's spring and that means it's time for the momma bird to build her nest on our front porch. Over spring break, she laid 4 little eggs which hatched into tiny pink and gray balls of fuzz. As of this week, the baby birds have grown in their feathers are are starting to crowd each other out of the nest. I can hear what they're chirping: "Mom, he's got his foot in my eye! Will you tell her to stay off my side! He's touching me!" I think they'll leave the nest this week and fly away until next year.
