I sure hope that you had a great Saturday. Here's how ours went:1. Drop off Emma at a birthday party about 20 minutes south of our house.
2. Drive from the party to about 15 minutes west of our house to pick up Caleb early from a scout campout.
3. Bring Caleb home so that he can shower off all of the campfire smell and get dressed for his basketball game.
4. Go pick up Emma early from the birthday party. It was a swimming party so it took a while to get her out of the pool and dressed.
5. Drive 10 minutes further southeast to drop Caleb off at his game. He's freaking out because he's only 25 minutes early instead of the normal 30 minutes.
6. Drive 20 minutes to Emma's game and drop her off 5 minutes late. This is her first game of the season and she has 30 minutes of practice followed by a 30 minute game.
7. Drive back down to watch 10 minutes of Caleb's game. They're winning.
8. Drive back to Emma's game. It turns out that her games consist of two 20-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime. I'm freaking out because that puts us behind schedule. Emma does a great job at her game. She is such a good player and I'm really proud of her.
9. We leave Emma's game at a run and pick up Caleb 30 minutes after his game has ended.
10. Drive to a completely different school to take Emma's team pictures.
11. Go home and do absolutely nothing for a few minutes before it's time to run a few more errands and put some more gas in the car.
